Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a non-life threatening long term and recurring disorder affecting the gut.

IBS often results in symptoms such as:

  • Bloating
  • Wind
  • Abdominal pain
  • Diarrhoea
  • Constipation
  • Nausea
  • Stomach noises
  • Reflux

Research in the last 10 years has shown that as many as 75% of patients with IBS will improve their symptoms with the use of dietary changes.
