COVID-19 Recovery Advice
Overview
The symptoms of COVID-19 can include:
- Fever
- Cough
- Swallowing issues
- General weakness
- Fatigue
- Difficulty breathing
- Poor appetite
- Dry/sore mouth
- Taste changes and smell
These can all affect your nutritional intake. Symptoms of the virus however vary from person to person.
Good hygiene practice and social distancing remain the best means of avoiding the infection. Please follow the latest advice from the government, the NHS and public health authorities.
